REWORKED COLLECTIONS

  • Reworked Collections are sent with Tracked and signed postage No refunds or exchanges on these collections.

  • Madseventies does not take responsibility for any deliveries subject to customs charges / sales tax. This is worldwide and now includes all countries in the European Union. All orders sent to countries in the EU are now subject to Import Tax & Custom Fees.

VINTAGE COLLECTIONS - NO RETURNS BUT EXCHANGES ACCPETED.

  • Due to the nature of pre-loved / vintage, some items may contain minor flaws and show signs of wear and any major flaws will be highlighted in the online description.

  • Please ensure you read the description before committing to your purchase and I am always able to provide further measurements and photos if requested.

  • Due to the nature of shopping online we do understand you may not be satisfied with your purchase(s) and therefor we are happy to offer an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your item. We no longer do refunds as we’ve had a 100% success rate with happy customers due to clear description and measurements of each garment.

INTERNATIONAL / EU RETURNS

  • Please ensure you clearly label all returns as RETURNED GOODS to avoid any customs / duty. As a small business we are unable to absorb these costs and if you fail to label returns correctly you will be liable for any associated duty / customs charges.

PACKAGE SENT BACK DUE CUSTOMS NOT APPROVING THE PACKAGE

  • If your package gets sent back due to customs not approving the package its your duty to cover shipping costs to be resent to destination.

HOW DOES THE EXCHANGE WORK?

  • Please contact us at mad7ties@gmail.com, quoting your order number, for an exchange form which must be filled in and included with your return. Items must be returned in their original, unworn and undamaged condition with tags still attached.

  • We regret we cannot refund any shipping costs. Items are returned at your own risk and cost, therefore we strongly advise sending via a tracking method as we cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in the post.

  • You will be contacted once we receive your return and a credit note will be processed within 7 days.

  • Your credit note will be valid for 7 days upon receiving it.
